On tour with passion

Gerold Betzler

The vision for EXIT TURN was born in the summer of 2023, during a trip through the Alps. The winding roads, the breathtaking landscape and the freedom of travel were overwhelming.

Our mission at
EXIT TURN

EXIT TURN is about more than just adventures on the road. It’s about a sense of community, sharing passion and experience. From the very beginning, my aim has been to create unforgettable experiences with perfectly planned tours and partnerships with hotels and restaurants.

EXIT TURN is where people come together who share the same spirit: the love of driving, the smell of gasoline and the thrill of every new adventure. EXIT TURN is a place where freedom is alive – whether on two or four wheels. Sharing this dream with others is a matter close to my heart.

My name is Gerold Betzler, I was born in 1975…

The idea behind EXIT TURN

The vision for EXIT TURN was born in the summer of 2023, during a trip through the Alps. The winding roads, the breathtaking scenery and the freedom of travel were overwhelming. It was precisely at this moment that the thought occurred to me: “Why not create a platform that organizes motorcycle and convertible experiences and brings like-minded people together?” From that moment on, the idea for EXIT TURN was born.

Welcome to EXIT TURN!

My name is Gerold Betzler, I was born in 1975 and I live with my wife and two children in the small community of Kammeltal in the district of Günzburg. I have a great passion: traveling. For me, there is nothing better than feeling the freedom on two or four wheels while the wind blows into my face. This love of movement and enthusiasm for discovering new places inspired me to found EXIT TURN in 2024 – a company for motorcyclists and convertible drivers who are looking for something special.

Our guides

Founder and tour guide Gerold Betzler

Hello, I’m Gerold – founder and tour guide of EXIT TURN, professional model builder and proud family father from Kammeltal in Bavarian Swabia. My passion for motorcycles began in my youth, and to this day I love day trips, weekend excursions and long adventures on two wheels. I am particularly fascinated by planning new routes and discovering unknown places. I look forward to sharing unforgettable motorcycling experiences with you!

Tour guide Björn (Cube) Kubasch

Hello, I’m Björn, EXIT TURN – Tour Guide, IT expert and family man from the beautiful Bergstrasse – also known as the “Tuscany of Germany”. My passion for motorcycling has accompanied me since childhood – whether in the Odenwald, the Alps or on tours through southern Germany’s low mountain ranges. I have been guiding tours for EXIT TURN since 2025 and love discovering new places and meeting people who quickly become a close-knit community. For me, motorcycles are more than just machines – they are the key to freedom, adventure and true connection.

Tour Guide Matthias Paul

Tour Guide Matthias Paul

Hello, I’m Matthias – tour guide with EXIT TURN.

After many motorcycle tours as a guide for one of the largest tour operators, I consciously decided to take a different path: away from mass production and toward genuine, authentic tours with a personal touch. For me, motorcycle tours are much more than route planning and counting the kilometers: It’s about stories, characterful stopovers, genuine encounters, and the feeling of experiencing something special together. Whether Alpine passes or long-distance journeys – I bring experience, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for detail. And I’m always delighted when a group of strangers becomes a true motorcycle family.

Tour Guide Joachim Kischlat

Tour Guide Joachim Kischlat

Hi, I’m Joachim. Tour guide with EXIT TURN. I’ve been riding motorcycles for over 30 years now. Whether it’s a quick after-work ride, a weekend at the racetrack, or longer trips abroad. I love riding in the Alps, often in Trentino and at least once a year in Sardinia. I like to explore the area on my bike and avoid the standard routes and destinations. The main thing is curves, scenery, and people. When a beautiful day on the bike follows up with a company of fellows, it’s a perfect day for me. Come ride with us!

Tour Guide Michael Scheich

Tour Guide Michael Scheich

Hello, I’m Michael, Tour Guide with EXIT TURN. Since childhood, thanks to my parents, who jointly owned and ran a small travel agency in the Ruhr area, I’ve been immersed in and passionate about travel; since the age of 18, this has also included motorcycling. I’ve meanwhile explored many motorcycle regions in Europe, racking up six-figure kilometers, usually as a tour guide for my fellow riders. Whether it’s day trips or longer multi-day tours, it’s always fun to plan routes and then see that the time invested in planning was worthwhile for the wonderful hours spent on and off the motorcycle. So, I’m looking forward to great tours and enjoyable times with you, and I hope we’ll meet in person soon and have a great time together!

Tour Guide Thomas Zieger

Tour Guide Thomas Zieger

Hello, I’m Thomas, a tour guide with EXIT TURN. The motorcycle shop next to my elementary school infected me with the motorcycle bug early on, and I’ve been a passionate motorcyclist for over 40 years now. I live in Ulm – the Swabian Alps are my second home. From a young age, I planned and led excursions and holiday tours for my friends. Due to its geographical proximity, I spend a lot of time in the Alps, preferably off the beaten track. For the past few years, I’ve been increasingly drawn to the low mountain ranges of France. I’m always thrilled to discover fantastic routes with little traffic. I’d love to take you along on future adventures – true to my motto, “the journey makes us happier than the destination.”
